This year at Echo we’ve been feeling more and more like “The Little Agency That Could.” As we take our next logical step in growth and development, it’s clear we need to think seriously about who we put in the game. It’s always a challenge to find and keep good people but sometimes you just get lucky and find someone like Ruth. Ruth rocks! She’s our new First Impressionist & Office Mgr and is a great addition to our creative team. Happy did a good job, but she decided she needed to move on. So with our newly revised crew (and our impressive team of freelancers), we’re moving forward with a renewed passion for growing organizations.
